It has come to our attention that an organization called GSE-AV has been contacting ShowEast 2011 registrants and requesting them to fill out a form to book audio/visual services for the event.
ShowEast 2011 has no relationship with this organization and in no way endorses what they are doing. Our official provider of audio/visual services is Audio Visual One and their contact information is in your exhibitor kit. We have the utmost confidence in their service level and their prices are cheaper.
If you receive a communication from any organization other than ShowEast, please be aware they do not represent us and ShowEast management is not liable for any problems that may arise.

New Product Listing The 2011 ShowEast Program Journal will also incorporate a section devoted to "New Products" on display at the Trade Show. We ask that you send in one photograph or image along with a 100-word description of one new item or product you will be introducing at ShowEast. NOTE: We retain the right to edit or not list submissions for products debuting more than 6 months prior to show date. The copy deadline for this section of the Journal is Friday, September 23rd. All submissions for this section should be emailed to Argjenda Zhuta. Please note, both the description and the image should be sent as email attachments.

Journal Ad Reservations As always, ShowEast will be publishing a Program Journal that will be distributed to each ShowEast registrant. Exhibitor and Guest Badges
In order to submit your request for Exhibitor and Guest Badges, CLICK HERE.
Be aware you must first submit a Program Journal listing before the website will allow you to enter any Exhibitor or Guest names. Please be mindful of the Friday, October 21st cut-off date. After this date we will not be able to accept any additional name badge requests. Any additions or changes will have to be requested on-site at Trade Show Exhibitor Registration starting on Monday, October 24th.
**Please be advised our new policy on exhibitor & guest badges is based upon the size of your booth space. A single 10'x10' space will receive five (5) complimentary staff/exhibitor badges and seven (7) complimentary guest badges. If you have a space larger than 300 sq. ft., then the maximum number of complimentary guest badges will be twenty-five (25). Additional badges over the allotment will be available for $50 each.**
