BOOTH COSTS
Each 3m x 3m booth contracted for costs US $3995 + Dutch VAT for ICTA and NAC members and US $4100 + Dutch VAT each for non-members. All payments in U.S. funds.
PAYMENT
All payments for booth rentals must be paid in full with your contract. Your fee must be accompanied by the Dutch VAT (19%) in order to guarantee your booth space.
DEPOSIT
A $200 deposit per booth is mandatory to hold space. Payment in full is due by April 4, 2008.
CANCELLATION
The Applicant has a right to cancel this agreement by December 31, 2007, by giving written notice. If cancellation is received after April 4, 2008, Applicant will be liable for 100 percent of the total exhibit fee. No refunds will be made after this date.
